vi /etc/hosts.deny를 열고
ALL:ALL 주석 처리
hosts.deny 를 사용하려면 hosts.allow 에다가 접속 하고자 하는 해당 아이피  또는 클래스 대역 적용
ex)
ALL:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
ALL:xxx.xxx.xxx.
